Under the micro-credit system, the DCCBs/PACS have been playing the role of facilitators to organize SHGs of homogeneous class. So far, approximately 48,200 SHGs have been linked with DCCBs/PACS and an amount of Rs 143.29 cr has been advanced to SHGs upto 31 March 2009."
